ICAP scored a major victory in a lawsuit filed after the August 2017 “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dubbed “the architect of critical post-Charlottesville litigation,” hear from Professor Mary McCord about City of Charlottesville v. Pennsylvania Light Foot Militia and ICAP’s legal analysis, which finds that all 50 states have language on the books that can be used to prevent violence by armed white supremacists and private militias.
